We're from out of town. Our daughter had a terrible earache and we found ourselves pulling up to Nextcare Urgent Care in Phoenix at 5 minutes 'till closing. The staff and doctor were polite and knowledgable. We were in and out of there quickly and able to pick up a prescription and get back to our vacation.

We just got back last night from a cruise without access to medical care. While on board, somehow I got an infection in my hand which caused my fingers to puff up and turn red and then proceeded to go into my hand. It was quite uncomfortable and I worried that it could be something dangerous. I made an appointment this morning IN DESERT RIDGE to be seen and got a very thorough explanation and diagnosis from Juliette. she was a wonderful doctor and gave me instructions, ordered an antibiotic for me and told me to check back if there were any changes negatively.Over the years we have lived in this area, we have been in this urgent care office a few times and I’ve always been extremely pleased and grateful that you were there. We would highly recommend this office. We happened to meet need help on a Sunday, but doctors appointments in general are very difficult to get on short notice so we would never hesitate to come here.
